Sizing Details:
All our polishes are available in 10ml bottles.

Care Instructions:
As all of our polishes are hand-blended, and so over time they can settle or thicken slightly. We recommend that you give your polishes a shake, or else roll them between your hands before every use. There are two steel balls in every polish, and one in our topcoat - they ensure each product mixes well for the perfect application. To ensure a longer shelf life, we recommend storing your polishes out direct of sunlight in a cool, dark place.

Please note that if you wish to thin your polishes out, you can add one to two drops of nail polish thinner to your polishes. Never add nail polish remover/acetone/etc. Doing so will rapidly degrade the quality of your polishes and eventually make them unusable. Please only ever use nail polish thinner, and only in small quantities.

Removing Polish:
All our polishes can be removed with any acetone free nail polish remover, however some glitters may be more stubborn than others. In those cases we suggest to use the tin foil method below.

To use the tin foil method, saturate a cotton pad with nail polish remover and then place it on your nail then cover it with enough tin foil to wrap around your nail and finger. Leave for five to ten minutes, then twist the foil wraps off and all the glitter should be gone.

Ingredients:
All our ingredients are Cruelty free, 10-free, vegan, EU compliant and come from reputable UK supplier. All of our products are made in small batches, by hand, and as such may vary ever so slightly in shade.

Please remember when ordering that due to variations in computer screens, mobile phones screens and other devices used to view our website, there may be a slight difference in product colour from the website photo in comparison to the actual product you receive. We do not digitally alter the colour of our products.

Payment

Currently we are only able to accept PayPal payments on our site, as it is the safest and quickest way to pay online.

Delivery

All orders are sent out via Royal Mail’s 1st Class Signed for service.
Due to Royal Mail’s shipping regulations a maximum of four nail polishes can be sent in one parcel, therefore if you order more than four nail polishes your parcel will be split into two or more packages. For example, one to four polishes are dispatched as one parcel, five to eight polishes two parcels, etc.

Orders are usually processed in one to two working days and are processed Monday to Friday. Please be aware that orders placed after 5pm on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday.

Returns, Cancellations and Damaged Products

If you have any issues with your products and wish to return an item, or if your products arrive broken or damaged in any way, then please get in touch as soon as possible via the contact form on the website, or via our email.

If your order needs to be cancelled then please contact us immediately. We are unfortunately unable to cancel an order that has already been shipped – you will need to contact us to arrange a refund and return once your product(s) arrive.
